Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast from the US for more than ten years. She was part, and captain, for the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, Fierce Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). Aly Raisman took home three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics at London. Additionally, she brought her bronze on balance beam. She was the first Olympic gymnast who won the most medals. In 2016, the Olympics included her winning the gold medal in the team event, earning her as well as Gabby the honor of being the first Americans to ever win consecutive gold medals for a team. She also won silver medals for the individual all-around and for the floor. She took a break of three years between each Olympics to not compete in gymnastics. Furthermore she was part of two gold-winning American gymnastics squads. She began learning gymnastics at the age of two and her favourite event is floor exercise. Aly is a member of an organization called the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization in memory of her grandmother who passed away from cancer. Aly plans on pursuing a career as a designer. The next goal she has is growing her range of leotards. Fierce, a new book she's currently working on will be published sometime in the coming year.
